Beginnings

I've wanted to create a blog for the longest time, but I've never known if I should. What would I write about? Would I want people to read it, and, if so, would they find it entertaining or dreadfully boring? I've decided that I don't care in either case; this blog will simply be a device to write down my most recent thoughts and opinions and perhaps vent about the occasional travesty. 

I have absolutely nothing I wish to rant about at the moment, though, so that will be for another time. Until then.
